STORE DATABASE.
The volume of data from regional stores to central teams was un-organised and not centralised.
We developed an application to capture and store, key data and imagery.
The teams have just begun implementing this method of data collection but the visibility to multiple departments centrally has increased from single PoC sharing within the team to an easily accessible database which can be referenced by anyone.
